EDMONTON, TORONTO AND MONTREAL
HOST GRAND PRIX IN CANADA

Edmonton joins Toronto and Montreal as Canada's host cities for one of the most exciting motor racing events in the world. Grand Prix Edmonton, featuring the Champ Car World Series and the Trans-Am Road Racing Series, will take place for the next three years at Finning International Speedway.

Three-day passes for Grand Prix Edmonton are on sale for the July 15-17, 2005 Indy car racing weekend, which is expected to attract 150,000 fans and generate $22 million in spin-offs. The 1.96 mile circuit at Edmonton City Centre Airport will have seating for 60,000 fans to watch 17 drivers from 7 countries in the Champ Car World Series.

Away from the track, fans will enjoy a four-day festival featuring a transporter parade, gala dinner, driver's party and street parties. Eurosport will offer live coverage of the events. The most widely available channel in Europe, Eurosport programs are available in 19 different languages and reach 98 million households and 240 million viewers in 54 countries.
