KLM CROWN LOUNGE
TORONTO PEARSON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

International passengers at Lester B. Pearson International Airport (YYZ) in Toronto, Canada, have access to the KLM Crown Lounge prior to flight departures.

Where is the KLM Crown Lounge? You will find it at the end of the Terminal 3 International Pier. Take the elevator to the upper level, opposite Gate C32.

A fee of CAD $34 allows you to use the facilities, no matter which airline or which class of service you have booked. You can buy a Crown Lounge Pass at the KLM ticket office on the Departures Level of Terminal 3 or at the Crown Lounge reception desk. You can also buy booklets of 25 KLM Lounge passes.

KLM business class passengers and members of the KLM frequent flyer program can visit the KLM Crown Lounge for free. Business class passengers from many other international airlines using Terminal 3 also have free access to the KLM Crown Lounge.

KLM Crown Lounge, a 575-square-meter facility, boasts views of the Pearson Airport runways and main taxiway. The aesthetically designed lounge can seat 150. Passengers have access to free WiFi, Heineken beer, wine, soup and snacks.

For entertainment, the KLM Crown Lounge has large screen TVs. Newspapers and magazines are available in different languages from various countries.

The business center is located in a quiet area where busy travelers can work while waiting for their flights. Individual workstations are equipped with electrical outlets, wireless Internet connections and access to printers, a FAX machine and photocopier. Public telephones are located throughout the lounge.

The KLM Crown Lounge is open from 12 noon to 12 midnight, seven days a week.
