CANCUN AND RIVIERA MAYA MEXICO RESORTS
REOPEN AFTER HURRICANE WILMA

Le Blanc Spa Resort, an adults-only, luxury resort in Cancun, Mexico, will reopen on December 18, 2005, following damages from Hurricane Wilma. All of Le Blanc's 260 luxury guest rooms will reopen as well as three of its four specialty restaurants. The Spa at Le Blanc will also reopen, as well as two of the outdoor pools, swim-up bars and fully-equipped fitness center. The resort's state-of-the-art modern meeting facilities are expected to reopen in spring 2006.

Aventura Spa Palace, in the Riviera Maya region of Mexico, has reopened the north section of the all-inclusive resort, which features 900 of the beachfront property's 1,266 rooms and the spa. Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort will reopen the entire resort, including the golf suites and spa on December 15, 2005.

Palace Resorts' additional properties in Cancun's Hotel Zone are closed and will undergo refurbishments. When they reopen in summer 2006, Sun Palace, Cancun Palace and Beach Palace will feature a refreshed décor, a double Jacuzzi in every suite and several new amenities. Cancun Palace will have a newly renovated lobby, a new spa and a convention center. Beach Palace will feature a newly renovated lobby and Sun Palace will have a new spa.

Palace Resorts' newest properties, Playacar Palace will open on December 15, while Cozumel Palace is slated to open in summer 2006.

The Cancun Convention & Visitor Bureau says the region is making rapid progress in restoration from Hurricane Wilma. Cancun International Airport is completely operational and most airlines have resumed services. Water, electricity and phone services are fully restored and archeological sites are open and accepting guests.
